For example, in tourism, they prioritize quality of experience over quantity, justifying their high daily visa fee, also known as an environmental fee. The constitution mandates 60% forest coverage—a target that has been exceeded with 73% of land currently lush with forests.

Environmental care is one of the four pillars of Bhutan's national strategy and gross national happiness indicators. Countries like the Philippines could gain valuable insights from Bhutan's experience, where laws and policies are viewed through an environmental lens.

Bhutan, having achieved its goal of carbon neutrality, is an ideal location for this training. It stands as a success story from which every country in Asia can learn.
