MONSOON WIND SPEED AND BENGALURU RAINS Good Evening friends. Just felt like sharing Monsoon wind speed and impact on our City :) June-July-August are the core Monsoon Months. The rains that Bengaluru receive in these 3 Months are greatly influenced the wind speed at 800 hpa [2Kms from Surface]. Let me share my observations: 0 to 12 Knots: Break Phase 13 to 20Knots: Mild Phase 21 to 28Knots: Active Phase 29 knots and above: Very Active Phase The Break Phase [0 to 12 Knots] is good for SIK with TS rains. But very bad for Karavali and Malnad. Never wish for this during the core seasons. The Mild Phase [13 to 20Knots]: I hate this phase. No one would benefit in this phase. Last year in August we were in this phase for substantial time. The Active Phase [21 to 28Knots] is good for Karavali and Ok for Malnad. Bengaluru, NK and other SIK areas in July and August get something out of it. But in June is not as useful. The Very Active Phase [29 knots and above] is good for Bengaluru , SIK areas, Karavali, NK and Malnad. The moisture penetrates deep in to Karnataka. Big Malnad rains exceeding 200mm happens in this phase. Usually needs LPA in BOB to stimulate this phase. #Monsoon2024 #BangaloreRains #BengaluruRains

@WeekendInvestng 12.5% tax on LTCG is high considering the ceiling at 1.25 lac.Any hospitalization or Educational related payment goes up to 10 to 12 lacs. The ceiling needs to be raised to 10 lacs.
