@TSBurkhardt Agree with the sentiment. Which is why Ive never applied for NIDA funding, and operate as a PUBLIC SERVICE outside of academic research depts. We see patterns and talk about em but none of this is a study.

@aander1987 This set, as a whole are things that don’t surprise us — incremental changes to what’s already out there. So it would catch our attention if one suddenly started displacing what is out there now, not because of any extra properties, but bc drug supply variability is lethal

@WentschE Hmm not sure I agree tho. The model sims produced many scenarios that aren’t continuous declines; check the supplemental material for the spread. The summary visualizations simplify and emphasize higher freq lines, but the actual model output def shows a range of slopes & shocks
