@Akshat_World US not a fair comparison, not even Malaysia - our population density far higher. You can buy a condo/landed prop there for << any Indian city. One big reason is RE sector dominated by goonda/neta/benami thanks to archaic laws & corruption. Even estd co's need to deal w them.

Interesting backgrounder on Google Maps launched 8 Feb, 2005! Can't believe it, since by 2008, I recall using it to find a post office in Taoyuan TW to mail something urgent to India. Didn't hv to ask anyone as it had street view etc!
