I'm all for fixing the debt situation, but what Biden did was illegal. The Supreme Court made it clear that the executive branch does not have the authority to cancel student loans without Congress. But as always, Democrats ignore laws when it benefits them and scream about democracy when it doesn’t. They don’t care about facts, logic, or their own hypocrisy. They still believe their fantasy world is reality, and they will never learn. We will have to get louder. We the people demand the immediate removal of Judge Paul A. Engelmayer. He has made it clear that he stands with corruption, not the American people. Blocking DOGE and Elon Musk from exposing where our tax dollars are going is a blatant move to protect the criminals draining this country. This is not justice. This is sabotage. Any judge who obstructs transparency, shields government fraud, and works against the will of the American people has no place on the bench. Under Article II, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution, federal judges can be impeached and removed for Treason, Bribery, or other High Crimes and Misdemeanors. Judges have been removed in the past for abuse of power and improper conduct. Engelmayer is actively working against the integrity of the judiciary and betraying his oath to uphold justice. We will not tolerate activist judges sabotaging the movement to restore this country. The people have spoken, and we are done being ignored. Engelmayer must go.
