We now have our paper for strand specific assay for human noroviruses publicly available—- So grateful for the hardwork of all the authors. This is an important assay that will be useful for the field, especially in confirming active virus replication.
Strand specific detection of human norovirus RNA. A nice method developed by @myra_hosmillo in our lab to detect norovirus replication intermediates. Very important when trying to confirm active replication. Well done Myra.
