I embraced the festive spirit in therapy today . We played a Santa memory game- I told the pupil which items Santa needed and they needed to remember them and put them in the sack. Then we practised some /s/ clusters by racing the wind-up sprouts! @WMISLT2

Working on the /ch/ sound yesterday. First we explored a loaded scene and then moved on to articulating/ch/ with different vowel sounds ☺️ @WMISLT2

Fun activity last week focusing on using and understanding prepositions with the help of Monty the cat 🐱. We took it turns to describe where Monty, the pillow and blanket were and the other person had to follow the instructions. @WMISLT2

Such fun today practising the /t/ sound. Each time we put a donut on the plate, we had to say the word and put it in a sentence. Made us both crave donuts 🍩 @WMISLT2

What started as a simple sorting activity turned into a brilliant conversation starter about singers. Plus- some fab language when discussing our favourite games ❤️ @WMISLT2

Fun today with a /sh/ vs /s/ discrimination activity, using Peppa Pig and George on ladders. When the pupil correctly identified a /sh/ word, then Peppa moved up the ladder. George was on the /s/ ladder. @WMISLT2
