Happy 2025! Our #library was shut for two weeks (bar one half day) over the festive season. Not sure that I agree with that but those decisions are above my paygrade! It's considered an essential service! #mylibrarytales #Christmas

Helping a lady accessing the passport service. We can't fill it in for her and she smelt of alcohol! Needless to say... She didn't complete the application that day. Hope she sobers up and can manage her life! #mylibrarytales #CustomerService

#stephenking is a master #storyteller! I liked the book! The first half was my favourite: Engaging characters and such a page turner. It did get a bit unnecessarily wordy after that! It was an adult #fairytale #mylibrarytales

I was asked the other day how quickly do I read? I didn't know but decided to measure my #reading speed today. Turns out on an average text sized paperback I read at 66 pages an hour. #lovetoread Might have to retest using smaller writing in a bigger hardback! #mylibrarytales
