You fail to understand the point Fran Lebowitz made. The Supreme Court’s ruling undermines the protections in the Constitution that established co-equal branches. The Executive Branch is now more powerful than the legislative & judicial branches. The Executive can’t be “checked.”
What Fran Lebowitz fails to understand or enunciate is the fact that the Executive and Judicial branch are what is called CO-EQUAL branches of government.
This means that one cannot exert authority over the other and simply “dissolve” the entire branch because they feel like it.
