The longer I walk with Christ, the more I'm convinced that TV and movies are one of the biggest stumbling blocks for me. It cannot be honoring to God to be entertained by sin, and I'm so easily influenced by the world in this way. Anyone feel the same?

Honestly things aren't good for me health-wise right now and this time around I'm not handling it well mentally. I want to glorify God through this but feel so discouraged and upset over how little I'm able to eat. Please pray that I'll find joy and contentment in the Lord again.

I followed up with my doc today & I'm eating so well we're no longer talking about a feeding tube/IV nutrition. I'm not sure what changed, but praising God anyway. Food is a glorious gift. Still not fully back to normal but I'm hopeful the Lord will continue the improvement.

At the hospital getting my second infusion. Nurse explained hand and foot swelling is a common side effect of the iron I'm being given. Thankfully it improved yesterday, so I'm ready for round two today. Also getting other vitamins which I'm hopeful are helping my tongue sores.

I'm home from the hospital. Unfortunately I have to wait 2 weeks for a procedure that will provide some answers. It's going to be a very long two weeks, as I can still hardly eat, though I do have more medications now to help with symptoms. Please pray. This is discouraging.

Praise God for food & the ability to eat it. Not only did He make food beneficial to our bodies, but He made it DELICIOUS for our enjoyment. What a loving God.
