@Engineersindia0 Is there any exam for Jr Scale to Sr scale, Sr Scale to JAG, JAG to SG, SG to SAG or SAG to HAG ? A diploma/degree holder with 15-20 years experience is quite competent to handle the Job of Asst. officer. No need of any exam and they should be elevated on seniority basis.
