@UtilityPoint eventually the Refund of my own money has hit my account(4 weeks late) 👏🏻👏🏻 Got to say you have possibly the worst customer services I’ve ever dealt with 👌👌 You won’t be getting repeat business from me. Thank you

@UtilityPoint once again you promised my refund would be sorted and paid today, once again you’ve lied and it’s only been processed today, then 3-5 working days for a baca payment to reach my account. Complete lies every day. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

@UtilityPoint I’m STILL waiting for my refund. I can’t ring you. Your online chat takes 40 mins to get on. Your customer care team don’t reply to emails. Not great service really.

It’s not a great advert for @LAMB_GB when the company you trusted with my utilities are being ridiculously slow in giving me a refund of my own money. @UtilityPoint your customer service is shocking.
