So hubby and I have been on the intermittent fasting train and it’s starting to pay off! I do 16/8 … I’m eating what I want. I’m not dieting or doing crazy workouts and I’m even starting to build a little muscle.. which when you are over 50 is kind of hard to do. So … hurrah!
