Two of the years he only paid $750 and in 2020 he paid nothing. Literally $0! He literally paid more taxes to China than the US.

@Mr_J_1138 @InsaneRealitys It's called "walking the cup", not "cuff." "Fustion" isn't a word. Maybe you mean "autogenous" welding, where the base metal is fused directly without using filler metal. But that's a moot point since there is quite clearly filler rod being added to the weld pool.
