@dhlexpressuk dropped parcel off at servicepoint on Sunday. Paid for next day delivery so should be picked up Monday, delivered Tuesday. Just looked at tracking - not even been picked up yet and delivery pushed back to Wednesday!! No communication at all. Help please!

@Ocado had my order cancelled because of the warehouse problems but just went to rebook and now same (saved) order is costing £10 more, even though I could book for same day in same original time slot?!
