'The Looting Machine' by Tom Burgis is another one to read....
The book unveils the harsh realities of Africa's resource exploitation and exposes the role of warlords, corporations, corruption etc. in the development of the continent.

On his 1997 visit, he performed at the grand opening of Uganda's national stadium, the Mandela National Stadium in Namboole.
