Sometimes I am shocked that most people don't have mental disorders. Like you don't wanna die? You don't cut or starve yourself? What do you mean you didn't experience a panic attack? You don't take meds?.Crazy for me.

My therapist asked me to draw my body in a 1:1 scale and then laid me on this sheet of paper and outlined. I looked like 2 times smaller irl. Shocked like hell and man I thought I don't have body dysmorphia.

-`♡´- Clothing! Try to wear comfortable clothes with pockets and sleeves if you can. Sleeves are a big life saver, you can pick 2 the same items, make it look as you took one and shove one in your sleeve. Works with smaller items as protein bars or gum.
