Allow me to explain Private Knowledge Triggers for MASTER DUEL: It uses OCG's Trigger Rules.
ex. Parallel eXceed and link summon Balelynx. You opponent CAN negate your Balelynx with Ash before you can chain eXceed. They function LIKE quick effects so no chain blocks from hand.

Is it true? In OCG, You ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SCOOP in tournament, which is why Mystic Mine is banned over there because it promoted bad sportsmanship by people purposely breaking the rules to get a Game Loss when they can don't get stalled for 40 minutes and get their Game 2.
