Netflix auto-playing previews for every single show is one of the most pronounced user-hating experiences online in a while. I get that it helps juice the audience count, but it turns browsing into a game of hot potato.

I’ve never met a successful executive (regardless of industry, function, gender, etc) who didn’t check email on the weekends or ‘after 5pm.’ . Work-life blend became a reality well over a decade ago. Owning that is more powerful then blindly saying it isn’t true to succeed.
