(2/2) Today’s announcement by the 10th Circuit Court is a huge step in the right direction as we fight to keep Utah’s power on and push back against federal overreach!

The Ozone Interstate Transport Rule released by the EPA is a perfect example of this outrageous overreach and our state is doing everything we can, including filing a lawsuit, to stop this rule. We will continue to fight, push back, and do what it takes to keep the lights on.

(1/2) The Biden administration has turned to executive rule making to enact policies that will force early closures of Utah power plants, putting reliable and affordable power significantly at risk.

Today, the 10th Circuit Court stayed the lawsuit brought by the State of Utah against the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) recently released Ozone Interstate Transport Rule. This is an exciting step in ensuring a commonsense and responsible energy future for our state.

Today the House unanimously passed HB 269. Just as all areas of government are audited on a regular basis, I believe an audit should be performed following every election. I’m confident in Utah's ability to conduct secure elections and remain committed to improving our elections.

Not Suprising from the DNEWS. Their parent company Deseret Mng Corp has hired lobbyists to try and defeat HB241. The DNEWS believes that somehow employees are better off with Non Compete agreements?🤔🤷‍♂️ @GHughes51 @NinevehDinha @AllisonCroghan

@dkeaton024 Less fed money than the other 2 states in the article. GSL is rising, currently 3’ higher than the low a little over a year ago. We are still working on it. Air is better today than it was 10 years ago. Still working on it. Keep reading the SLTRIB with your head in the sand.

@ghartley @renaibodley @RobertGehrke @McKenzieRomero @rtnda @UtahSPJ @GHughes51 @RTDNA @MurrowNYC @DeseretNews @UtahBusiness @UtahReps Part of the survey was focus groups. The focus group that included the attorneys is what you need to watch. The question was asked about “Goodwill”. Not one attorney could explain GW. The media should not be allowed to use GW as a way to lock up employees talents. #hb241
