If you're not happy in your job or work environment, sometimes it's best to move on. Customer satisfaction is key! Banks should treat every customer with dignity, respect, not frustration when things go wrong. Experience at @EcobankGambia Westfield was frustrating. Do better!

Media & Information Literacy isn’t a luxury,it’s a necessity in Gambia. Scammers are preying on struggling families with fake "Spain migration" charging D5k for bogus forms. Many fall for it due to a lack of awareness about MIL. We must empower communities to think critically.
