@DrNealBarnard I don't eat chicken breast because it is so low in fat that it's dry and tasteless. My health numbers all improved and weight dropped and I felt GOOD when I dropped the promoted way of eating and went carnivore heavy keto.

@TaraBull808 One friend of both my kids took forever to be convinced that he could eat at our house anytime. Was confused when they went in the pantry without asking to get something and then ate it, and I didn't get mad. He eventually called me Mom2, and came over when hungry.

@catturd2 @MJTruthUltra Rub in a light layer of canola oil/bacon grease. Turn upside down and heat about 250° for an hour, let cool. Repeat several times. You CAN use soap and,/or water, but be sure to re-season it. Always heat to dry. Alton Brown has good instructions, duck duck go it.

@Sassafrass_84 A law was passed several years ago that Sharia Law is not allowed to be considered in Texas. I didn't remember all the points, but I know that a judge can't consider Sharia when trying or sentencing. Sharia does not trump Texas or US laws.

@catturd2 My adult son and I had a talk about dragons just last week and how they had to be real because too many cultures without contact had stories about dragons. Did they fly and breathe fire? Maybe or maybe not, but even through differences they have similarities.
