@Notorious_Det @kellyinvegas @DIRECTV @YouTubeTV Was with Comcast 20+ years, had enough of them and their outages and slow uplink. Moved to fiber as soon as I could.

@kellyinvegas @Notorious_Det @DIRECTV @YouTubeTV Their gigabit internet is not true gigabit speed, particularly in the uplink. Always had outage issues with them also. I have fiber now and never looked back.

@Notorious_Det @kellyinvegas @DIRECTV @YouTubeTV Omg I can’t stop laughing at this suggestion. I couldn’t get away fast enough from their shitty internet.

@RabbiSamStern @elonmusk It’s not that they don’t help people but then they partake in their own waste/pet projects and threaten to cut off the good projects when people call out and want to cut the wasteful spending on the bad project.

@psprof101 @erichhartmann @CollinRugg A minor fender bender does not mean you are allowed to stop reasonably operating a car. Drive forward and pull off and wait for the train to pass then exchange info.

@MysterBurns @nogeese @SBlifted @gallagherstudio @realAlexKolodin @PolitiBunny Lmao now you’re comparing apples and oranges of a simple negligence tort to battery because you’re losing the argument 😂

@MysterBurns @nogeese @SBlifted @gallagherstudio @realAlexKolodin @PolitiBunny A tip serves as evidence it wasn’t a bad job. Why would I tip if you did a bad job? This is where your lack of legal education shows

@MysterBurns @nogeese @SBlifted @gallagherstudio @realAlexKolodin @PolitiBunny Correct so the small amount would be the client’s recourse. They aren’t giving a huge tip they can’t recover from your fuck up

@nogeese @MysterBurns @SBlifted @gallagherstudio @realAlexKolodin @PolitiBunny Again so you’re taking away the recourse if the service sucked. No lawyer would allow their client to agree to it

@MysterBurns @nogeese @SBlifted @gallagherstudio @realAlexKolodin @PolitiBunny Not if it’s a tip, tips are gifts by nature. It’s clear you didn’t go to law school.

@MysterBurns @nogeese @SBlifted @gallagherstudio @realAlexKolodin @PolitiBunny They have legal recourse if you fuck you up or stiff them compared to tipping.

@majda_lenka9 @nogeese @gallagherstudio @realAlexKolodin @PolitiBunny $1 for coffee vs people trying to evade paying for services by making it 90% tip 🙄

@MysterBurns @nogeese @SBlifted @gallagherstudio @realAlexKolodin @PolitiBunny Then they pay the $600, you’re paying tax on that. It’s not a tip

@MysterBurns @nogeese @SBlifted @gallagherstudio @realAlexKolodin @PolitiBunny Customer not happy about being forced to “tip” up front.

@MysterBurns @nogeese @SBlifted @gallagherstudio @realAlexKolodin @PolitiBunny Then expect the tax man or a lawsuit to hit your way for fraud.
