Sit down, take pen and paper; Do this exercise for a reward. Write 100 fake names. Full names off your head and create profiles. Write their age, uni, course etc Just 100 people. Now imagine 81,000 fake but full profiles with full details.

When you wrong someone unprovoked based on hearsay or a half-baked story, and the person you wronged keeps quiet without retaliating, you begin to monitor their every move. Do you see what pride and a guilty conscience are doing to you? It's killing you slowly. Especially when you realize the truth but can't make amends, you start interpreting every action of that person as being directed at you. Stop being a hypocrite. Own up to your mistakes. We are human and bound to make mistakes, but we should learn from them. You become foolish when you recognize your mistakes, yet choose to keep them to yourself instead of having the courage to admit them. You're half a human.

Suffering over a guilty conscience is one of the most foolish things a person can do. Acknowledge your mistakes, make amends, apologize, and seek inner forgiveness. Watch yourself grow from your mistakes and transform into a stronger, purer version of yourself. Do not hate someone simply because you were told half-baked stories. Hateβif you mustβonly after experiencing the worst side of that person firsthand. Do not fight someone else's battles, for one day, you may perish foolishly, with stupidity clouding your soul. Seek peace for your own growth, and in doing so, you will improve your chances of contributing to world harmony.
