@DSportswood @BobbyCarpShow I’m not sure. All I know is I’m not taking a PWO spot even if I know it’s backed by NIL to pay my expenses, when everyone else has a scholly for me. That’s how my pride works. Maybe it’s not a big deal to someone else.

@eanthonycimasko @chrismobuckeye @Jbooty88 Where did any of us say they shouldn’t have hired him? It would have been surprising if they couldn’t get a high quality DC. But it’s an unprecedented contract and it has not changed my expectations of PSU having one of the best defenses next year.

@eanthonycimasko @Jbooty88 Nobody said it was a bad idea 😂 it just doesn’t move the needle for the natty convo and they’re paying him a half a million a year more than the next highest paid coordinator. Only reason I brought up offense is because elevating there would move the needle for me

It doesn’t make me believe they’re more of a contender than yesterday, and therefore I think they overspent. It’s doesn’t make it a bad thing, they got what they wanted
