@briandecoded None of these were the takeaways I got from this book. There were plenty of good lessons about wealth, what an asset is (and is not), and how the moderate-to-extremely-wealthy use debt differently than the rest of us. I don't remember anything from your list being in the book. π€

Are you building a new software product? Getting early accessibility evaluations done can save your team a lot of time in the long run. I've seen devs have to refactor significant chunks of their code due to overlooked #accessibility. π¬ Don't make the same mistake.

Accessibility journeys often begin with trying to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. What about after you've covered the basics? What then? Chris Scholtens with Enghouse Video is going to tell us tomorrow at #WPA11yMeetup. Be there!

@DerekAshauer I had a similar situation, going back and cleaning up some early automated emails that go out to people, which we wrote years ago when Accessibility Checker was in its infancy and hadn't revisited. Needless to say, there were a few things that needed to be modified. π¬

In 2024, we evaluated 17 WordPress websites, 2 large JavaScript web apps, and 5 commercial WordPress plugins for #accessibility. We found 255 unique accessibility issues, with only 16% detectable by automated tools. π¨ You can't skip manual testingt! π

There is no one correct way to price #accessibility into a new website project. It depends on how you are approaching the new website build, what tools you are using, and the potential complexity of what you're creating.

@alexleestine303 Lose about 30 pounds and keep it off. Arguably much harder, because I really like food. π

@rmelogli I pretty much always click on the "Draft Saved" notice that appears, but I've had to learn to right click that link and open it in a new tab.
