went to the urgent care for a note for work & they said um go to the emergency room like for real ๐๐๐๐
i don't feel like ppl talk enough abt how being chronically ill/having chronic pain can make you feel so guilty for having physical set backs & needing more rest than others

@Chittamw00d Still trying to figure out what's wrong w/ me :( I have a lot of random diagnosises but I get sick at least once a month really badly w/ a ton of inflammation/joing/GI issues :( love u American health care

@Chittamw00d yes this this this. espc the fomo, or because i always want to work hard. but its hard to even do basic routines when my body wakes up on half battery :( and then when i do get into routines- i fall very ill because my body cant manage it. no winning sometimes
