Upper body: The key was deep core movements + targeting my arms/back/chest. Exercising these muscle groups gives the the illusion of a "wider" upper body, making your waist appear smaller 🫣 TIP: Use light weight (ex: 5-10lb dbs) to avoid looking bulky!
