This is the mindset that makes some men viscerally angry at the existence of women they do not find attractive. I wrote about it on Substack:

@blackfionapple There is also a lot more cultural acceptance for women sleeping with women in a fun/casual/experimenting way but when it gets to RELATIONSHIP you have to deal with actually being outside the norm/ideal of what a relationship is. A lot of them are not prepared to give that up.
