Very soon, Liberty City Vehicle & Ped Pack will receive its 5th and final major content update with the release of v1.2.5.
The update will see the addition of 8 new vehicles, new peds, content improvements and plenty of bug fixes.

Once your helicopter begins smoking, you have 2 minutes and 21 seconds until it is fully destroyed, assuming no more damage it taken.
During this time, the helicopter will cut out at 0:44, 1:05, 1:23 and 1:43 and 2:06 seconds.

None, because they don't back port content. The vehicles are made for V/O before they're improved for VI. That's a logical workflow. We have yet to see any vehicle that's been seen in VI before it's been in V/O, and that's why.

The slow-loading time video spreading around is actually the result of a GTAO->GTAV bug. The "seamless character switching" is fine. Definitely an improvement.

(1/7) r* made a shit load of changes to base game sound data in this DLC, something they do not normally do (as dlcs are add-on packs).
Interestingly enough, lots of audio data they added refers to sounds that do not exist in this build.

The "Happy Holidays Hauler" is coming soon to GTA Online.
Consists of a Coca-Cola truck inspired Phantom and Trailer with emissive lights.
The truck will spawn as a random event in lobbies at Legion Square and drops exclusive gifts around Los Santos for players to collect.

The past 3 days I was unsuccessfully trying to get the gradient to work in-game, and eventually wrote it of as completely hardcoded.

The I-Wagen's right fender uses a collision model in the same position and orientation as the left, meaning the right one won't break off unless you hit and damage the left's position. This is because R* duplicated the mesh and forgot to mirror it.

There are various vans in the game that never appear in ambient traffic. This includes all versions of the Burrito, Pony, Speedo and Rumpo.
They only ever appear parked at the side of the road, or in specific scenario points around the city.

Certain parked vehicles can spawn with their wheels turned to higher, unnatural angles.
This is determined by the "FLAG_DELIVERY", for whatever reason. Any vehicle that has this flag can have its wheel turned up to 30deg, compared to the default 8deg.

The "Baletrailer" is a towable farm trailer. It has been in the game files since day1, but has no spawn locations or mission appearances. It can be towed by a Fieldmaster.

After digging a little deeper, the new track sounds for the Rhino will also apply to the Dozer. The setup is similar to the Halftrack's track sounds.
So I went ahead and overlaid the new sounds onto the Rhino. Here's a video of how it will sound:
