Also one other inconsistency - Egypt, Russia, and Saudi support 1967 borders, which is Egyptian controlled, administered as you said, but Egypt blocks access from Gaza to Egypt. Egypt has even poured sewage, cyanide gas, and tried to flood the tunnels from Egypt to Gaza.
