The list goes on. This isn’t some profound thing that’s exclusive to Connecticut
I don’t think other fan bases realize that in the State of Connecticut UConn basketball is treated as a professional sport.
Everyone in Connecticut knows how special UConn basketball is and how respected it is. Even people who don’t like sports.
Other states don’t have that.
