Moving forward im gonna be putting the majority of my work on my Patreon. Im gonna be doing my welcome to the UFC pieces and CS breakdowns on cageside and profile pieces on thescrap. If you'd like to check out everything I do or support me subscribe here
I won't be on Twitter for a few days because my dad just passed from cardiac arrest. I'm absolutely broken. I don't know how im gonna figure out what to do with younger siblings and paying for a funeral. I'll be a few days. I just need time
🚨🚨🚨 From what I've been told it's gonna be An Tuan Ho (6-0) taking on Lone'er Kavanagh (6-0). Such a great fight between two of the top flyweight prospects in the world. This is a clear UFC-level fight.
Here is my big feature on top prospect, Abdoul Abdouraguimov. I go over his entire career and call for his shot in the UFC. Abdouraguimov also gave a message to Dana White.
After years of trying, I found out just maybe an hour ago that I'm gonna be a dad. I'm happy that I'm gonna be able to bring such an amazing baby into the world but I can't deny I'm nervous as hell.
The UFC should just scrap the An Tuan Ho/Lone'er Kavanagh fight on the contender series and add it to the UFC card Saturday. No reason those guys should have to fight for a contract when both are UFC level.
@Mickmaynard2
these guys are Ninja's.
Here is my breakdown and predictions for

tomorrow. Excited for Bruno Lopes who is one of my favorite prospects. I also like Serhiy Sidey a lot. The Hanekom fight is better with Budka as the opponent. The Silva/Vallejos fight should be a banger. I like Dione Barbosa as a
The UFC signing Alice Ardelean is a disgrace to the promotion. Probably the worst signing ever and I'm not joking. Ardelean isn't a fighter, she's a TikTok star. Ardelean has a terrible 9-7 record. She's won her last five but against who? Such a shame that the best promotion in

My main issue is the decision making of Dana White. He's a great business man but he has no eye for talent. Instead of using the contender series to find future champions/contenders it's more so to help fill out fight night cards and bloat the roster.
Although the contender
To clear up any confusing heavyweight Lorenzo Hood (12-4) is not signed to the UFC but instead will be on the contender series. He will be fighting Poland's Łukasz Brzeski (8-1-1) on August 31st.
Getting on here to post this GoFundMe for my dad my sister up. I really appreciate all the messages and love I got and I will get back to you all while I can. Any donations would help and would mean a lot. Love you all in this crazy MMA community.
Today makes 7 years I been writing about MMA. Although Ive considered quitting a few times my love for the sport is so strong. Outside of being a father wiriting is my favorite thing. No matter how much money I make or the recognizing I get ill never quit because it's my passion.
If you can sign one fighter from each group to the UFC from Bellator what would you decide.

Patchy Mix
Johnny Eblen
Usman Nurmagomedov
Group B:
A.J. Mckee
Raufeon Stots
Yaroslav Amosov
Group C:
Aaron Pico
Magomed Magomedov
Alexandr Shabliy

After two weeks of hardcore scouting thanks to
@tapology
I looked at newish prospects (5-0 and under) worldwide and took down all the fighters I was impressed with. With everything done I got a list of 146 prospects. All of these fighters I'm excited to see how far they will go.
#DWCS
is back this season and it premiers this coming Tuesday. That means my breakdowns are back and here it is for week one. I previewed every fighter with pros and cons and broke down each fight. Should be a great week one.
If it was up to you to sign three prospects to the UFC who would it be? Stay away from big-time promotion champs like Soldic, Souza, and Parnasse. Also nobody under Bellator contract. My three picks would be:
Mateusz Rebecki
Anton Turkalj
Vinicius de Oliveira
This year I didn't do a piece per weightclass but instead featured 50 prospects that I believe the UFC should sign this year. I included names like Austin Bashi, Phumi Nkuta, Felipe Lima, Paul Hughes, Axel Sola, and more.
🚨🚨Short Notice🚨🚨
Oktagon MMA bantamweight champion Felipe Lima signs with the UFC. He replacing Melsik Baghdasaryan against Muhammad Naimov this Saturday at

The UFC just continues to miss out at signing these big prospects. It's starting to become a joke. Only way they can redeem this is if they are the ones to sign Salahdine Parnasse.
Two guys who fought last season on the contender series Cody Brundage (6-1) and Nick Maximov (6-0) will do battle against each other on

on October 5th.
Not long ago my dad had to be rushed to the hospital and they told him they have to schedule him for a bypass. Yesterday my mom had to get checked for cancer and to find out she does have cervical cancer. They are both great people so just keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
For someone that is constantly scouting talent, it's really frustrating that a lot of these MMA promotions don't stream their events or put replays up. Even the smaller orgs that put you through a paywall is just ridiculous. (1/2)
Petrosyan not long ago was knocked out to Hasan Yousefi and Yousefi was just knocked out Saturday against Vagab Vagabov. Vagabov is 29-1-1. The UFC should look at him.

Raufeon "Supa" Stots is a top bantamweight prospect who holds the Victory FC title and is looking to make his long-awaited debut on short notice against Jose Alberto Quinones this Saturday for UFC 229.
I only do these
#CallHimDana
pieces on certain prospects I strongly feel are ready for the UFC. I went through the career of Nkuta going as in-depth as possible. Check it out because Nkuta deserves to be in the UFC which is the whole point of writing this.
Dana didn't sign Bo Nickal cause of experience and has said a few times he doesn't sign guys in their 30s BUT he did sign Danyelle Wolf who won her pro debut on the contender series. Wolf had no prior MMA experience and was 37 at the time now 39. Make it make sense to me.
#UFC279
In tonight's contender series I predict Dana to sign Almeida, Miller, Duraev, Brzeski, Loosa, Jasudavicius, Nasrudinov, Lewis, Polastri, Potter, and a random person from the fans in attendance.
Here is my breakdown for episode one of
#DWCS
tomorrow. It may not be as good as others as they do videos but writing is my passion and I know some prefer to read.
My prospect of the month is Russia's Yusup Raisov. I breakdown his striking, wrestling, defense, and more. I also give him a fighter comparison. I'm very high on Raisov. Possible future champ.
Here is my big flyweight prospect piece I was talking about a week or so ago. After days of research and scouting over nearly everywhere in the world I came up with 68 standout flyweights. These guys are the future some even the now.👇
My favorite time of the year is back with the contender series starting tomorrow. I really enjoy doing these breakdowns and I expect to have a better winning percentage this season than last. Here is my breakdown for episode one.
Bringing Medina into the UFC is so fucking stupid. Made me laugh out loud. If all it takes is toughness to get in the UFC than we should just shut this show down.
#DWCS
If you can pick one of these fighters to sign with the UFC today who would it be?
Sebastian Przybysz
Reinier de Ridder
Isis Verbeek
Bibert Tumenov
Losene Keita
Abdoul Abdouraguimov
Shamil Musaev
Christian Lee
Islam Omarov
Dawid Smiełowski
Kamal Magomedov
For everyone who likes this, I will randomly pick two people that will play free of charge. I'll stop taking names down at 7:00 PM est tomorrow and I'll draw names.
Remember TUF 27 competitor Ricky Steel? He beat Suman Mokhtarian and after that would have to pull out due to injury. Now he will compete on

August 20th.
Fuck fast knockouts and all that bullshit. Chris Curtis showed an excellent and technical performance and had a sick finish and you pass on him? Fuck off and apperciate the full performance and not just the knockout.
Finished Trevin Jones who is getting a big fight against Garbrandt next. Beats Ronnie Lawrence who is really good. Lost to Said Nurmagomedov in a fight he was winning until he got caught. With so much excess fat on the UFC roster they get rid of Saidyokub... Awful move from UFC

Terrible luck for Curtis and I hope he reconsiders his retirement. I also wish Dana could watch a fight for more then three minutes without noding off.
🧵For the next thirty days I'm gonna share a prospect on my radar each day. To make it more interesting I'll only share the lesser-known prospects that the majority may not know.

Wanted to spread some love and give the spotlight to other journalist/fans I respect a lot in this community. Myself and eight others listed five prospects each who we feel are UFC-ready.
Outside of writing 2018 personally hasn't been too good to me but I'm always a guy that stays positive and that makes me realize I've met a lot of great people in this world. That goes for all the fighters, managers, and the wonderful people I met here on Twitter who I will list.
I'm really happy with how this piece turned out and I enjoyed doing it so much. I'm a huge fan of the Brazilian scene and wanted to do a big piece for such a talented group of fighters. Here are the 50 best prospects from Brazil.
Update on some fighters that have shown interest in

Ryan MacDonald
Mark Lemminger
DJ Jackson

Sean Brady

Ross Houston

If the UFC lets Parnasse and Hughes go to their rival promotion that's a huge loss. Signing those two would be a better move than signing Kayla Harrison and MVP. I think signing the future of the sport is better than signing "names" that will give the promotion a good 1-3 years.
My favorite time of the year is back. It's

The 2019 Prospect Grand Prix is up now on Tapology. Check the rules and gameplay below in the photo. Thanks in advance for everyone playing. Sign up here👉
I'll be tagging a lot of people here soon.
Bantamweight prospect JP Buys will compete on DWCS on August 11th. Opponent TBA. This will be the second opportunity Buys had on the contender series as he fought and lost to Joby Sanchez. Since that, Buys is on a 4-fight win streak and also undefeated since moving up to 135.
Next week of
#DWCS
should be a good one.
-Austin Bashi is one of the better prospects in the US. I don't like that he's fighting up a weightclass though. McMillen is no joke.
-Igor Cavalcant has limited footage but of what I know he has a ton of potential.
-Quillan Salkilld is
My mom was diagnosed with cancer a little over two years ago. It's something thats terrible to go through. I can't tell you the date when she passed cause the last week she had was a blur. All I can say is show love to your loved wins cause you never know what's gonna happen.
I wanted to get on here to give thanks for every donation, thoughts, and prayers I received from my father's passing. Without you all, I wouldn't have been able to bury my dad. I love you all so much and I'll get back to every message I got ASAP.
While scouting prospects fighting this week I ran across bantamweight prospect, Kyouma Akimoto (4-0) from Japan. This kid is only 18 and is so dangerous. His striking is something else. He's clean with the jab, straight punches, and one-two. He fights tomorrow for Deep 118 Impact
I'm doing a huge piece on the flyweight prospects around the world. It's a deep dive look at all the flyweights with potential. Should be out in the next few days. Looking forward to this piece.
