I presented my work at the MATHONCO program at @ictstifr. Loved lectures by @yogeshgoyallab @mkjolly15 Prof Christina Leslie Prof Herbert Levine Prof Jason George @HamimZafar @GibinPowathil @lab_sengupta and many others. I hope they enjoyed my poster and 5 min presentation.
Very excited to share our latest article on pan🎗️ invasiveness. Invasiveness ∝ with worse survival in almost all 🎗️in TCGA. Consensus of master regulator analysis identify key transcriptional regulators of invasiveness independent of 🎗️type. Collab with @mceccarelli @mjethalia6
