The difference here is that alabasta is an entire culture, with characters of that race for their culture, Brazil isn't a location in the series in any way and luffy being from there has no significance to the story.

Alabasta is the climax to these arcs, not having it in the season included in these arcs will have a lot of people lose interest

Hancock is THE keeping women safe character, she's never actually mentioned anything about Nami or Robin, that was all Toei (very cool Toei) and Pudding didn't show disdain or jealousy towards Nami ONCE. These girls will NOT be fighting unless it's to save their friends!!

I disagree. Despite kai physically separating from his jealousy, I view the scene as a metaphor for how Kais addiction to being the green ninja mentally lingers within him. Jealousy never really goes away. Instead it becomes a part of you, which Kai learns to accept.
