i somehow hurt my left shoulder while assembling this plastic dumbbell rack that weighs like 10 feathers (the dumbbells weren’t even there they were in another room)

my parents stopped giving me birthday gifts like 10 years ago and only give practical christmas gifts like pajamas and socks cause they spoiled me enough lol but a few years ago they gifted me a dumb bell set for my birthday but i didn't start using em until recently

its like convection ovens have been around for like the past 80 years but once someone decided to call it an "air fryer" BAM now thats interesting we can sell that to the people lol

had the try guys without a recipe on in the background and pizza man goes “ohh is this the cooking??” and i was like “they’re trying to make bao” and he goes “bánh bao?” because im viet and i’ve never just called it bao in front of him until now 😭😭

to my surprise i did 41 on the counter imo in theory i should be able to do at least 1 kneeling whatever i’ll find and practice on a lower surface for now i guess

ok good news: i got the form down bad news: im not strong enough to do it kneeling yet good news: i can go back and practice it on the wall and kitchen counter
