It always makes me laugh when people assume that just because we’re being paid in the industry that we have to kiss your ass or see you at all. We’re allowed to refuse service to anyone and you as a client are not obligated to see any SP either.

What I find a lot in this industry is that customers seem to forget this is a business we are running. Aside from building friendships and relationships with our customers, at the end of the day, we are running a business. And we need to be business minded to survive.
