CG: Mrs Smith go to page 475 “Is the oath incorrect?” KS: I don’t understand? CG: Where you are to swear on Bible? You didn’t. Aren’t you religious? KS: Not religious, I have a relationship with God. CG: Do you have a relationship with God? You did not swear on the Bible. KS: If you read the Bible, you would know it says don’t swear on anything heaven or the earth, so that’s why I don’t swear on the Bible. CG: (pauses) CG: Prior to Binary – you were a political campaigner? KS: Yes. CG: You campaigned against marriage equality? KS – I wasn’t part of that official campaign. CG: Paragraph 23 – you say – You campaigned against biological males in women’s football? That would include Stephanie Blanch, 2023? KS: The end of 2022. CG Aware of the complainant 2023? KS: Correct. CG: You were scrolling on Facebook…… you saw a photo of Blanch getting a participation award from the coach. KS: I don’t know what the award was for. CG: You know the plaintiff asked to be referred to by she/her. KS: I’ve never met him. CG: I asked you were aware? KS: It’s irrelevant to me. CG: KS: I deal with the facts what is relevant - CG: You don’t care for her feelings? KS: I don’t have a relationship with the plaintiff. CG: You don’t care how the plaintiff feels, or care about her? KS: Within reason. CG: Don’t you think it’s unreasonable. No matter what he says – you will aways refer to her as he or him? KS: Correct. CG: You don’t believe Trans women are women! KS: No. CG: They are women. KS: What is your understanding of a woman? CG: (pause) What is your understanding of a woman? KS: Woman is an adult human female, XX chromosomes, capable of bearing children, with large reproductive gametes and a female skeletal frame. CG: So you don’t believe men can become women.
