India is a middle riparian and should take a riparian leadership position instead of mirroring China make dams!

@ShripadManthan @ManshiAsher It is exactly the data secrecy that helps build speculation among people and push for big hydropower projects such as the Upper Siang and Dibang. It is done in a slow and steady manner. An previous article i wrote on the Brahmaputra as a speculative river.
