I believe this model is far from ideal. Here's why: 🏢 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐨𝐧 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐲 𝐖𝐚𝐲 Some of the most innovative companies have returned to a full five-day office week, particularly in talent-rich regions like Silicon Valley, New York, Paris, London, and cities like Berlin and Munich. If feasible, this approach is highly recommended due to its productivity benefits. 🌍 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐞: 𝐔𝐧𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 On the other hand, the fully remote model presents significant advantages: - 𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐨𝐨𝐥: Easy hiring through platforms like Deel. - 𝐂𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐄𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲: Leverage better cost structures internationally. - 𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲: Gain insights and innovation from diverse cultures. - 𝐑𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐬: Save on office space costs. - 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠: Enjoy frequent creative offsites, like our current setup in Mallorca! 🤷 𝐇𝐲𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐝 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥: 𝐀 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 Hybrid work arrangements often lose out on all these benefits, creating disparities between those who are in-office part-time and those who are (maybe) fully remote. It feels like a compromise driven by the fear of committing fully to either model. You still need full office space and can only hire in office driving distance. 📊 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬?
