@Dreiku_san Winter bulk to come back bigger and leaner in the summer we take those. I got up to 173 which was short of my goal but I was getting a little uncomfortable w the look so Iâm starting to cut again. Back down to 168, canât wait for warmer weather so I can do cardio outside
