@DrBradJohnson @kinestheticlass Understand that incorporating movement into instruction enhances student engagement & focus, making learning more interactive & dynamic. Movement also reduces stress and increases energy, helping students stay attentive throughout the lesson.

Calling all NJ teachers! @DrBradJohnson knows the impact movement has in the classroom. Join us Oct. 9th to learn how you can inspire your students with innovative classroom activities that ignite learning!
Empower students by giving them the choice to refocus through action—turning moments of fidgetiness into opportunities for self-regulation. The first time or two it was a little disruptive but then it became a natural part of our routine. @teachergoals

Can’t agree more @DrBradJohnson Not only can we take those fidgety moments and use them for self-reflection we can incorporate classroom activities to take advantage of them and create an exciting learning environment!

Absolutely, Danny! I’m incredibly passionate about this topic, and I’m even running a workshop in New Jersey to demonstrate how incorporating movement into the classroom can elevate learning to a whole new level.
Some kids have a hard time sitting still for 45 minutes. Frankly, I don’t blame them. I’m sort of mature and I don’t like sitting still either.

It is vital that students get up and move. Use any of these cheap options to help fuel more movement in the classroom.#teacher #teacherlife #movement
