So after 17 years in the NHS and the last 8 years In A&E, I’ve finally worked my last shift, the conditions are now horrific and I’m not sure how they’ll be able to retain staff, it’s beyond manageable.
I’m looking forward to a new challenge starting Monday 😬🙌🏻.
