@DemocracyDocket Why the explicit prohibition to "Special Government Employees"? Who determines what an employee's duties are? The President, I imagine. This seems like an unjustified usurpation of the President's prerogative.

That looks like blatant judicial overreach. I am curious enough to read the decision. I'm wondering how a judge's opinion overrides the President's on who in his administration gets to read data classified by him. I wonder if she would have ruled the same way about the illegal public release of Trump's tax returns. In this case, Musk is not releasing Treasury data publicly, though.
