@sarajcox I played Baboushka in I think my last year of primary. I borrowed some adult clogs which my Nan used to have hung up in her hallway for my costume. Remember getting a laugh from the audience when, as part of the script, I had to realise out loud I had my clogs on the wrong feet

@IronmanJonathan @UKRunChat Thanks Jonathan, that’s helpful. So I think what you’re saying is, if hills are the exception, VO2 max will be impacted by these occasionally, but if they’re the norm then VO2 max will be more consistent
