@stevebward @ProvisionistP And what about the cup of the new covenant? "This cup in my blood is the new covenant...". No mention of wrath.

@apurpleshadow @trustinhisblood Is God respect of person? Yes, Paul was chosen for service, but what was written is an example for us, so how is an example, if God doesn't do what he did? I heard God many times, I layed hands on people & got healed, I had vision, etc, I have no reason to reduce God to "a" book.

@apurpleshadow @trustinhisblood In the same gospel isn't Jesus was giving authority to the disciples? Did you hear them saying, "we pray to God and he answers', or they said, "everything was obeying you name"!? How was Paul operating, authority or asking God? I am telling you, I seen both & I used both ways.

@apurpleshadow @trustinhisblood operating in authority, but trust in God's promises & you patiently wait, you pray, that God will bring forth your need. Most of us on this level, because we didn't "develop" our senses of our authority in Christ.

@apurpleshadow @trustinhisblood No.2 reason is, that they are impatient. God has his timing not because he want us to wait, but because the miracle have many implications, like changing your character while you wait & preparing the surroundings to receive your testimony. Supernatural interventions are beyond us

@apurpleshadow @trustinhisblood I am a charismatic, I believe in sign and miracles and I see many, even to me. God is powerful and he did not change. He has competition for people and he wants to help and he wants show his glory.

@apurpleshadow @trustinhisblood Amen. But I can see Stephen as well , as Jesus after was seated at the right hand of the father, he was standing by Stephen time as a sign of judgement on Israel!?

@apurpleshadow @trustinhisblood I am flexible on that, but it's another one we could say, is Act. 13:46

@trustinhisblood @apurpleshadow I see what you mean, but I disagree a little. The biggest dispensation is the cross & resurrection, for the very simple reason. That was the promised dispensation in Gen. 3, all the rest was added to it as time went, because of how people where cooperating with God.

@apurpleshadow @trustinhisblood Absolutely, I never heard the word dispensation, when I already seen it in the bible & believed in that. Yes, but I call it major & minor dispensations. Ours, let's say from Act 7 is minor, because it was "unplanned". It happened, because of the Jewish rejection of the Messiah.

@apurpleshadow @trustinhisblood Sometimes is overaided, but the biggest dispensation is upto the resurrection & from that. But also the flood, the law, entering promise land, etc., are different dispensations. For gentiles & the BoC is Paul our dispensation. If I only know Jesus trough Paul, I have everything.

@apurpleshadow @trustinhisblood God speaks for different people, in the different culture. The whole bible is a benefit, as it says, it's our example, but most is not written to us. The OT upto the resurrection of Christ is a Jewish book, how God is preparing the way to saves the world. We became partakers.

@apurpleshadow @BWSchank @WWURD_Official @gospel4grace Before I got born again, I never heard the gospel of even Jesus. How could I love him? After everything changed, I love him through his love in me.
