She was shaking from exhaustion. All she did was sit, she wasn't exerting herself. This is my child, she has no quality of life and it's hard to watch. Her rheumatologist wouldn't even listen to us. I'm so frustrated, her life is over before it began 2/

I had to seek emergency care for a severe allergic reaction. I had to remove my N95 during the ER exam and again today for a follow up exam. I shouldn't be worried about catching a BSL-3 virus in healthcare. This is beyond absurd, but here I am🤷🏻♀️ Praying I haven't been exposed

About 3 months after my 1st (hopefully only) covid infection, I had a CFS/ME flare up. I asked the doctor if it could have been triggered by my infection and she told me too much time had passed🤷🏻♀️

Yes!!! I have an immune deficiency and I follow doctors on Twitter and actively seek out the COVID numbers. Even people that are aware of my condition think I'm bonkers, but I don't really care because I've managed to stay safe

When we got our first case of COVID this year, I specifically left a message at the school stating I didn't care what the policy was, that my child would be out for the week. They had a little bit of a fit about it, but I don't care, I didn't want to get other children sick

I believe a lot of it stems from religion. Women are raised to believe they are less than. My mom was fairly evolved, but she worried about my soul because I told her no way would I submit to my husband as head of the family.

I'm just a girl, sitting in an N95, getting IVIG for a primary immune deficiency, listening to the other patients talk about how sick they've been, and how everyone they know is sick. I can hear the other unmasked patients in other rooms coughing up a lung. Bonkers😳
