2 years ago everyone thought I was having a heart attack. It resulted in a night in hospital and a lot of tests. It came down to being stressed out with work and in a bad place mentally. A career and lifestyle change and I’m in a better place.

Young lad woke up at 4am spewing. Got up for football at 8:30 wasn’t feeling the best had his breakfast and still wasn’t feeling right. Just as I was about to leave he turns up kit on ready to go. Wasn’t his best game but said in the car afterwards he couldn’t let the team down⚽️
