Perhaps @TLRailUK should lose its franchise. To avoid a fine, the all stopper was changed to a fast train. Passengers turfed off, told next train. Then 4 went past. #CustomerServiceFail

@DovForman So disappointing to see my alma mater, @unibirmingham, allowing this on campus. Some will argue that it's about freedom of expression - but there is a fine line between that and inciting hatred. This crosses that line.

Absolutely staggered by @IKEAUK & @IKEAUKSupport incompetence. They mess up an order, fail to correct it more than once & then fail to deliver their own (written) commitment to fix it. Last time they asked to DM to solve it. They failed. I wonder what they'll fail to do next?

So much for #customerservice at @IKEAUK. New sofa arrived damaged, I phoned, was assured of exchange. Didn't arrive. I phone back. Same situation. Ditto, a third time. Maybe by sharing this with X, @IKEAUKSupport might actually bother meeting their obligations?
