Sadness, but with prayers of hope and recovery for the many who've lost their homes in the L.A. area fires. Personal memories have turned to ash as I recall the world of my youth in Pasadena/Altadena - in places that no longer exist. Godspeed.

I tried to watch the Penn St-Boise St game last night, but there was so much posing & gesturing after routine plays that I had to turn it off. I know, I know, I'm showing my age. I'll shut up and go watch Lawrence Welk now.
